The FARGO DTC4500e Photo ID System is the ideal choice when organizations require higher volume, robust ID card printing every day – from loyalty cards to sophisticated access cards with embedded electronics.

The DTC4500e Photo ID System includes a single-sided FARGO DTC4500e printer/encoder with SmartScreen™ graphical display; USB and Ethernet connectivity; dual-input card hoppers; Asure ID® Express photo ID software; a high-end USB digital web camera; and printing supplies. You can also add optional encoding, lamination, or dual-sided printing modules and a Wi-Fi® accessory to your DTC4500e printer to produce highly secure IDs via a wireless network.

With the DTC4500e Photo ID System, you have everything you need, right out of the box, to design and produce durable, colorful employee badges or student ID cards in a matter of minutes. In addition, the DTC4500e printer’s modular design allows you to expand the functionality of your printer as your organization’s needs grow.

  1. FARGO® DTC4500e Printer/Encoder. Single-sided, edge-to-edge card printing. Full-color, continuous-tone printing at 300 dpi (11.8 dots/mm). Its intuitive SmartScreen™ graphical display provides easy-to-follow prompts to ensure you’ll always know the status of the printer. Dual-input card hoppers increase card capacity and allow multiple card types to be managed simultaneously. The DTC4500e can be field-upgraded to support dual-sided printing, lamination and smart card, proximity and magnetic stripe encoding.

  2. Asure ID® Express card design and production software. Powerful yet easy-to-use photo ID card software with advanced card design and batch printing capabilities. The DTC4500e system also comes with FARGO Workbench™, a software toolkit for printer set-up, diagnostics and firmware upgrades (computer display not included). High-end USB digital web camera. This camera makes capturing cardholder photos quick and easy. Full-color ribbon. Print 500 card images (YMCKO with included cleaning roller).
